Personal Training in Liverpool

Train one-to-one with real fighters and coaches — boxing, Muay Thai, MMA and proper strength & conditioning. Whatever your goal, we build the plan around you. Day & evening slots available.

  • Real combat-sport coaches
  • Day & evening availability
  • Total beginners welcome

Not your average personal trainer

Most PTs are floor-walkers in a big-box gym. Ours are practising fighters and specialist coaches in a real fight gym — so you get coaching that actually changes how you move, not just a rep-counter.

🥊

Coached by fighters

Boxing, Muay Thai, kickboxing, MMA and BJJ — learn real technique from people who compete and coach it every week.

💪

Real strength & conditioning

A fully-kitted gym upstairs — free weights, machines, cardio and a rig — for fat loss, strength and fight-fitness, programmed properly.

🕐

Train when it suits you

Early mornings, daytime or evenings. Great for shift workers, parents, remote workers and anyone who can't make a 6pm rush.

🎯

A plan built around you

Weight loss, confidence, learning to box, getting fight-fit or competing — we start with your goal and work back from it.

Who it's for

Get fit & lose weight — without the boredom of a treadmill
Learn to box or kick properly, 1-to-1, at your own pace
Build real strength & conditioning
Confidence & stress relief — hit pads, feel unstoppable
Fighters & competitors — sharpen for a bout
Total beginners — we start from zero, no experience needed

Personal training FAQs

Do I need any experience?

None at all. Most of our personal-training clients start as complete beginners — the whole point of 1-to-1 is that we work at your pace and build from wherever you are.

Where are you based?

Warrior Combat Gym, 51 South Road, Waterloo, Liverpool L22 5PE — serving Waterloo, Crosby and North Liverpool. There's a full gym plus matted training space on site.

Can I train during the day?

Yes — our coaches offer daytime slots as well as evenings, which suits shift workers, parents, remote workers and anyone who'd rather avoid the after-work rush.

How much does it cost?

One-to-one personal training is £30 per session. Blocks of sessions and semi-private training (2–3 people) work out cheaper per session — book a free consultation and we'll put together the right package for your goals and budget.

What can I train?

Boxing, Muay Thai, kickboxing, MMA and BJJ, plus strength & conditioning and general fitness / fat loss. Your coach builds the sessions around what you want to achieve.

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely — semi-private sessions for 2–3 people are a great way to train together and split the cost.
