More than a fight gym — we've a fully-kitted gym upstairs (free weights, machines, cardio and a rig) plus coached Circuit classes that build full-body strength, power and conditioning for every level. Circuits run Wednesday 7pm & Saturday 10am — drop in and get stuck in.
