Complaints Procedure
Last updated: 23 July 2026
If something's not right, we want to know. Most things get sorted with a quick conversation, but when they don't, this is how a complaint works at Warrior Combat Gym CIC.
Step 1: Tell a coach
Raise it with your coach or whoever's on the desk. Most problems end here.
Step 2: Bring it to the Directors
If that doesn't fix it, or it's not something you want to raise with a coach, contact the Directors directly:
Email: info@warriorcombatgym.co.uk
Phone: 0151 476 0762
Or in person at the gym, 51 South Road, Waterloo, Liverpool L22 5PE
Tell us what happened, when, and what you'd like us to do about it.
What happens next
- We'll acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days.
- We'll look into it properly, and speak to you and anyone else involved.
- We aim to give you an answer within 14 days. If it's going to take longer, we'll tell you why and keep you updated.
- What we decide, and why, will be put in writing if you want it in writing.
Safeguarding concerns
A concern about the safety or welfare of a child or vulnerable adult isn't a complaint, it's a safeguarding matter, and it moves faster. Follow our Safeguarding Policy, or if someone is in immediate danger, call 999.
Fairness
Raising a complaint in good faith will never affect your membership or how you or your family are treated at the gym.
